I have a Nuc 2820 and i have installed the gotham beta 1 as from what I've read nucs do not work with the stable 3.2.4 version.

The problem is that I have an add on which can not be installed with the traditional way due to incompatibility version.

In Raspberry PI that i was using before I had done the trick and I had installed through stable version and afterwards I upgrade to nightly build and although i have messages for not compatible , it played just perfect.

Is there any way to install it directly at NUC in nightly build as can not do the same trick in this case?

I have the same NUC as one of my media centres I've never had a problem with any version of xbmc? Not sure I fully understand your ask but could you not just install your add on via a zip file rather than "traditional" way?
