Hi I am new to all this lol can someone help me please I got XBMC on my vista PC it opens up ok but when I go to my videos and hit play the sound comes on for about 20 seconds with no picture and then stops then I have to close it down ?

What format are your movies in and what is your audio setup?
Server: Synology Diskstation 1511+ with 8x WD Red NAS 3TB drives, DSM 5.2
