Hi-

I'm running XBMC on an old projector. The native resolution of the projector is 1024x768. I've setup the GUI to use this resolution, and it's working well.

However, when I play a movie, the display resolution changes, to something higher than my projector can handle.

I've looked in settings/video, but can't find any option that would disable playback from changing the resolution. Basically I want everything to be using 1024x768.

I'm have XBMC 13.0-ALPHA on Ubuntu 12.10 minimal.

Best suggestion is to use windowed mode, that way your native GUI is setting the video parameters, some snooping around might get you border-less..
