A little help please,

I'm looking to build another HTPC, but I'm not sure how to find the motherboard that will have all of the features that I want. Perhaps someone out there has an idea, or has bought exactly what I'm looking for;

Mini ITX format
1 x HDMI with CEC
1 x HDMI (doesn't need to have CEC)
Full 3D 1080p
Dolby True-HD
DTS-HD Master
Bluetooth
1 x Gigabit LAN
1 x SATA III
1 x Optical S/PDIF Output
2 x USB 3.0

This is basically the same board as what's recommended on Eskro's Windows #5 Build, with the addition of one HDMI to have CEC capability. Don't need WiFi, as a wired gigabit connection is way faster, and my whole place is hard wired with CAT-6.

So, if any of you know which motherboard fills all of these requirements, it would be greatly appreciated if you would share the information with me.

It might be easier to find the motherboard you want and add something like this for CEC: http://www.pulse-eight.com/store/product...apter.aspx
