Can someone suggest a reason why the Info button doesn't work?

I tapped it at least twice near the end of the log. Any help appreciated.

It works just fine in Confluence, but just has no effect in AN except to see the "working" symbol for a split second.

Has anyone heard of this? It's not a remote issue. XBMC gets the command. It just doesn't bring up Movie Info. But it works fine in Confluence, just not Aeon Nox.
