Running XBMC on a tablet.

@onepara
I have the multi pad 4 quantum
So 4 core CPU and 4 core GPU, running Android 4.2.2

Is it possible for you to update your Android version? Mine has updated firmware, but has not update the OS
I was hoping we would get 4.4 by now

Just as a reference, XBMC runs great on mine. I wouldn't think that a dual core would be too far behind, so quite possibly the OS version then

Andrewgerm, Your tablet has a better O.S. than this one that I have. Mine will allow update of Firmware, but won't update to more than the Android 4.1.1. that is there when it is bought. Maybe that's why I can't run XBMC?

According to the site, min OS is 4.0

However, there is an item about NEON and Tegra (I don't know enough about my tablet to tell you exactly what I have, or what you have for that matter).

A quick Google found this:

You can find out a bit more about your tablet here:
http://www.aurorasoftworks.com/products/quadrant
Seach Quadrant in the Play Store

It runs a great benchmark, with CPU and GPU tests.
