Hi there I'm new to the XBMC world I've got a MyGica device with preloaded XBMC on it. It works very good the only flaw is that I can't seem to retrieve any Hd content. Is there any fixes that can remedy this problem?

Your best bet is to go to the MyGica forum and ask there as you're using their xbmc and not xbmc.org from here.

Retrieve, as in you are accessing your own files, or retrieve as in you are trying to download bootleg videos? Because we can't help you with the bootleg add-on stuff.
