xbepatch

i have a selfmade .bat that uses xbepatch.exe..
it need this .exe to properly run

but compiling thru build.bat or xbmc.vcproj..
the xbepatch.exe is not used..
in the build.bat it points to xbepatch.exe that isn't there..

havien't found it in xbmc.vcproj

where can i find how to do patch it, with either build.bat or xbmc.vcproj patches it?

when i used xbepatch.exe some menus don't work, its ok with either build.bat or xbmc.vcproj..and would rather use my .bat

also where can i find out which fonts go where exactly? check the manual but nothing there
