Can I use XBMC as a digital signage but need to write a coordination program to handle events and triggers to issue a play back?
Use cases:
1) Push notification from the cloud triggers a specific clip
2) weather info changes the content to be played
I am investigating XBMC as a programmer and not sure where to start to create the program to invoke functions such as Play Back
