Let's say that I routinely watch content from this website:

Is it possible to create a pluggin that reformats the content on that website so that it is playable on XBMC through the GUI? Similar to the youtube pluggin...
...And how do I know if it is possible? Is it possible for all websites or is there something that you have to do to "test" it?

How long would it take someone who's taken 1 C++ class 10 years ago to learn enough python to be able to write said pluggin spending a few hours a week on it? Weeks? Months? A year?
