OwnCloud has been upgraded to 9.0 which is not supported by the Kodi plugin.

Additionally, I have found that the Kodi plugin 92.168.0.4 - - [10/Mar/2016:11:51:03 -0500] "GET /owncloud//index.php/apps/files/ajax/list.php?dir=&sort=name&sortdirection=asc HTTP/1.1" 500

Thanks for the notice. Will check into adding support.

That error was on 8.2.2 as well. I don't know how to get reliable error information, or information regarding what modules Apache, PHP, and OwnCloud need to have working for the OwnCloud Plugin to function.

I tested and the plugin is working against ownCloud 9 (tested against demo.owncloud.org).

It is just the vanilla install, no special modules required.

I normally test against 2 hosted owncloud solutions, 1 installed to pi, 1 installed to lxc and demo.owncloud.org. The pi and lxc were installed with v7 and v8 using standard debian Wheezy install instructions (add repository, apt-get install owncloud).

If you can make available a test account on your owncloud instance, I could test against it and investigate and fix whatever is preventing the plugin from working.

I installed another fresh instance on a VPS and noticed a slight difference. In previous installs, the default directory is dir= which resolves to your root. This resolves to "no files" on a fresh 8.1+ install (an install that is not upgraded from a previous version). I think this is the issue you are encountering.

I'm pushing out a new build.

nm, I forgot to add owncloud to my domain. It's working. -- these are the vanilla instructions I followed to setup a VPS host right now (took about 10 mins) -- http://sharadchhetri.com/2013/08/08/how-...-wheezy-7/ I had a spare Wheezy VPS

If you try the path you are getting the 500 against demo.owncloud.org, it works -- no error 500.

https://demo.owncloud.org/index.php/apps...ection=asc

Maybe check your apache and owncloud logs to decipher why owncloud is throwing an error 500.
