Is there a way to have the same actor have a different thumbnail picture?

For example, I have different thumbnails for Jason Momoa. One for him as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones, and one for him as Ronon Dex in Stargate Atlantis. I have them in seperate .actor folders in their respective folders, but which ever one is refreshed last, shows up in both.

Not currently, no. The actor art is linked to the actor, not the character.
