Lifx are wifi bulbs and their api is here.

I am looking for someone to create a boblight like add-on that enables the lights to respond to xbmc screens. My xbmc installation is on a mac. I don't know if this service will be platform dependent. I guess that may depend on the api releases.

Well, I got it working using the Execute scripts add-on to respond to xbmc functions not the screen colours. Works brilliantly, pardon the pun.
