Hello!

Thank you for your great add-on. Using it a lot but the only downside is that there is a lack of subtitles in Russian. The only service that I can use for that is OpenSubtitles but there are not so many subtitles available in Russian.

So I wanted to ask if it is possible to add some Russian services for subtitles like www.subs.com.ru, www.subtitry.ru , www.moviesubtitles.org or www.tvsubtitles.net?

Been lurking here a while, never posted...but just registered to post/bump this. I too would love to be able to watch Russian films with Russian subtitles to better discern the words -- it would help a lot. OpenSubtitles for some reason lacks Russian subs for a bunch of Russian films that have subs in other languages.

Also, just to clarify, are there other non-official options available? I tend to go exclusively the official route, but would still like to know (is this why there still are no Russian sub providers among all the other international proviers/Kodi subtitle addons?

[Edit - BSPlayer has Russian subs for the films I need -- which I see via web/browser search -- but in Kodi it says "Streaming not supported." Even though my video is not a streamed "http/https" movie (the 'if video_path.startswith('http://') or video_path.startswith('https://'):' makes me think this should work for me...

I'ts a community effort, and most subtitle addons are maintained by community members in respective countries, if we are talking about subs addons for languages other than English.

BTW, Addic7ed.com hosts Russian subs for TV shows, at least for the popular titles, and there's an addon for it.
