I'm running a test build of Gotham, and all skins except Confluence are marked incompatible due to unmet dependencies. Where can I see a list of these unmet dependencies? And is there a way to force install a skin?

To force install a add on copy the folder with in the add on zip file to the addons folder within the xbmc userdata directory.

Great, thank you. And I think I found the answer to my other question: Install from zip file and watch the debug log.
