(Answered) Would a PicoPSU 120 be enough for this system?

I’m changing up my system a bit and thinking of going Pico, I’m pulling my gfx card and going with a lower power Ivy Bridge proc

Ivy Bridge i3 3245 55 watts
4GB Ram
Foxconn RM2-H2 Barebones
Crucial 64Gb SSD

This is everything in my system. I’m thinking I’m okay with 120 watts but what do the pros think?

I'll just do a quick follow up, the 150XT picopsu was only 5.00 more than the 120 and came with the 4 pin mb adaptor so I bought that.

Turns out I didn't want to be bothered with loading new video drivers so I kept the HD 6450 and it works great with the picopsu and things are much quieter.

I got the Intel Core i3 3245 for free so that's why I decided to "upgrade" of the processor. For those wondering there is zero difference between the G860 and the i3 3245 in my dedicated Windows XBMC box.
