I am using the latest version of nPVR / comskip as a front end with Gotham beta3 on win7 64 bit system.
Playing back recorded TV using nPVR sucessfully removes the detected commercial breaks.
Playing the same recording using XBMC from the live TV / recordings menu the breaks are not detected. The XBMC status display (using "o" on the keyboard ) shows no edl info present.
If I play the file using XBMC as if it were a Video by navigating to the file and playing it the edl file is detected and commercial breaks are skipped.
It would seem XBMC does not check for the edl file when playing back from the live TV menu. Confluence skin.
Any suggestions? All help appreciated!
Glenn.
