I am currently running xbmc 12.2 and wish to update to beta 3.I have tried winscp to find the update folder to place the required files but have no .update folder.I have even tried to create the folder with no success the editor page opens and i have no idea what to do.Any help is much appreciated

I have tried to update as it says on wiki but am unable to connect to zbox this may seem a daft question but what explorer window do they mean your internet explorer?.I am running windows 7
