With the newest versions 1.4.7.2 , it insist on scraping my movies into sets instead of individual movies, now I don't mind them appearing in both, but they don't, when they are in sets they don't appear in the individual movies section, any help or advise please

Look in Settings > video (on kodi, not ember) and you'll find the setting to display sets (or not).
