Have you try it without "Sync playback to display"? None of my HTPC use this option, and it is working fine without it....
Of course you won't get any issues - you don't playback anything using 'adjust refresh rate', everything you play is I'm guessing at 60Hz (judging from previous responses), therefore you get no audio delay. Pointless telling the poster that your HTPC works fine without 'Sync playback to display' when you don't even use the same configuration in the first instance.
@Crueltylizer its a common problem, but one which has been in existence for some considerable time - see here
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=186653 and http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...udio+delay
It is possible to mitigate the issue by adding an audio delay - see video\latency section here http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Adv....xml#video.
Thank you for the responses - I have tried with "Sync playback to display" both on and off with no luck.
I guess I have to look through the other threads about sync issues. I must admit I'm rather disappointed that I used this much money on a new system just to have these problems that I never had with my Boxee (Except for is extremly slow menu's).
The link to the wiki does not work however - But I'll look through the threads.
The thing that strikes me as odd is that its not happening for all content.
I've watched 2 episodes of Arrow, with no problems. Then I went on to see 1 episode of "The Good Wife" which I had to manually set an audio delay of 0.325. Then I watched another episode of the same show and there was no problems at all. (All episodes where 720p running at 24fps - at least that is what my AVC is telling me)
