My config is as follows:
AMD A4 with Ubuntu
Xbmc 14 nighty build
Synology DS209 (Lan 100)

Everything is good while playing 1080p MKV except the subject problem. VLC player is used but no subject isissued. The CPU timing and Lan traffic are both normal.

Could any valuable comments give me to solve the subject video lag issue?

You need at least mesa 10 with vdpau. If you install xbmcbuntu v13 everything will work out of the box (despite a stop bug, that we are currently fixing with upstream).
