for some reason my remote control and blackbox are not connecting properly.i changed the batteries in the remote control,the light comes on when you press any button but nothing happens on the screen.I've tried reinstalling by pressing the 1.9 buttons but again no responce.the blackbox is working as updates are coming through but i can't access the box to use it.i pulled out the power cable and let it reconfigure itself but no joy,anybody got any ideas
