Hi,

First of all got to say since I saw XBMC on my friends computer and got tired of my previous tv/movie watching apps and had a go at XBMC...
Well you guys know... perfection!! I been stuck with XBMC, all one ever could wish for in a media player!

Over to my issue...
I have my media player computer who is in need of a reinstall but I would like to keep my watched status on my library.

Have seen the guides around how to make a DB do handle this but dont understand it at all (have seen a computer before but still dont understand the guide).

Can someone please help me out or point me in the right direction.
It would be nice be able to set this up once and then it will work where ever I install XBMC.

After awhile I figured it out, managed to get the info I wanted.

Next step is to save covers and DB somewhere else (centrally stored).
How does one do that?

That's what I was asking for... but that link was very helpfull, now I dare to reinstall that computer! :-D

Copy the userdata folder (wiki) and/or use the backup add-on.
