Win Computer slows down - High CPU - Please Help

Please help!
I've a problem that I'm trying to solve for more then a month.
XBMC starts fine a works fine for a while. After some time (sometimes after pause and resume of a movie, but not always)
the computer slows down (high CPU usage) the video becomes slow. When I stop the video UI is also very slow and unresponsive.
Even when I kill XBMC process using task manager, the computer keeps being unresponsive for some time. Restart helps.

I posted log. I've watched a movie then paused it somewhere around 16:30 and resumed it somewhere around 16:44. Immediately I've noticed that CPU % is high. Video playback is slow.

Here is all information I've collected.
Thanks in advance for your help!

XBMC version - Frodo 12.3
Skin - Confluence customizable mod
Windows 7 SP1 - 32 bit
Intel core i5 CPU M 560 @ 2.67Ghz
RAM 4GB
Video card: Intel® HD Graphics Driver Version: 8.15.10.2993

Try to check with disabled Simple Downloader addon (with restart).
Upd:
Not carefully read before, i mean restart xbmc, if
Quote:Even when I kill XBMC process using task manager, the computer keeps being unresponsive for some time. Restart helps.
then can't guess the cause

Tried to disable Simple Downloader addon - didn't help. Any other suggestions?

You do have a lot of add-ons installed, although with your system specification that shouldn't be a problem. I would try the following:

1) Make sure you have the latest drivers and best practice configuration for your Intel HD GPU.

2) Try a Gotham nightly build, or the beta4 from the download page.

3) Disable add-on by add-on and see how it goes.
Please read the online manual (wiki) & FAQ (wiki) before posting.

Thanks Piers!
Just one question: where can I find best practice configuration for my Intel HD GPU?

yes, you posting a log snippet on the forum which doesn't have debug enabled.

Sorry for that.
I've noticed that XBMC UI is very slow during high CPU usage, but video playback is OK. Have anyone looked at the full debug log I've posted? Please help! It drives me crazy.
