I am a recent Plex lifepass member and moved to XBMC front end to take advantage of the vibrant add on community, particularly streaming. I cancelled my sat this month and am completely unplugged so I was surprised to find the live TV option but think I misunderstand how it works.

Is there any way to get live TV without hardware? Is there any site that streams live TV that I can hook into?
