I've been getting some weird artifacts showing on the movie/tv-series cover lately.

The patterns are NOT always alike. Their always a horizontal line, but vary in color and patterns.

It seems to be skin dependant as I'm only seeing it on Aeon Nox.
I've upgraded (clean install) Aeon Nox to Gotham and also did an upgrade too XBMC Gotham Beta 3.
The problem is also present in 12.0 - 12.3.

When the problem occurs it stays persistent on all covers and tv-series. If I restart XBMC it can disappear for a little while until some random artifact shows up and stays there

Has anyone seen a similar problem and found a solution?

Do you use ATi graphics?

Yes, I use a 6450 card. I know downgrading to driver 12.4 resolves it but this driver does not install correctly anymore so I have to use the latest driver.

Sorry for bad link. Just made another screenshot. You can see the horizontal stripes in the white. Sometimes alot more, sometimes a little less... placement varies all the time.
