I am running XBMC on a GBox Midnight MX2.

Everything was running fine previously till XBMC stopped working so I did a factory reset and installed various versions.

I tried Frodo 12.3 and HD videos are choppy. When I upgrade to Gotham 13 the videos are fine but the problem is I can't access subtitles with Gotham 13. I am connected to the tv using an HDMI cable.

I have no idea what the problem could be. Any thoughts or advice?

Sorry but I just checked and the video is choppy on Gotham as well.

Where is your debug log file?

Neon skin - v3.0.8 now available for XBMC 13.x (Gotham)

I also want to add that I have now tried various versions of XBMC and the video is always choppy.
