Is there a simple way to use a Harmony One with a Mini and ATV in the same room? I currently use FLIRC which is a fantastic solution but I want to be able to use the Apple IR and move FLIRC to another system. You can Pair the Harmony to both the ATV and the Mini but that seems to require that your devices be ATV and Mini otherwise you don't get the Pair Unpair command in the LCD Buttons. If you set up things using the Plex profile so you have a Plex Player then you don't have the ability to Pair to the Mini ( since the command isn't there).

Is there a simple way around this? FLIRC is a perfect solution but there must be another way. If you use the Harmony as an Apple remote then you don't get the extra buttons.

It's a Harmony. Just change it to any other remote profile and reach the FLIRC those different IR signals.

The FLIRC won't be in the picture. So there is the Ma Mini with it's built in receiver and the ATV3 with its built in receiver. If the Harmony emulates the Apple remote then you can pair it to both and it works, but then you can't use the buttons you'd like with the Harmony. If you use the Plex profile for XBMC on the Mini them you can't pair it to the Mini and it then interferes with the ATV.
