Didn't find setting about SW filter for vaapi in system/settings/settings.xml

It's not in mainline xbmc. You need a FernetMenta build. Then you find it in acceleration with expert settings enabled.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
