Why is the download from this site being blocked by chrome as malicious?

There are a number of reasons that Chrome will give fake malicious warnings, because Chrome doesn't actually check the file for malicious code. Instead, is uses various criteria that seems more often wrong than right. Searching around it seems that a lot of people have had false positive issues with Chrome. One guy could only resolve the situation by singing up for Google's web master tools and submitting his website to a database of "clean" sites.
