Not sure if this is the right forum.

After upgrading to Gotham, BetaSeries does not appear among the available subtitle services anymore.

Since this was not the worst service, I wonder if there is a reason for this.

There is no reason besides that all services must be released in a single separate add-on now. No subtitle service is available unless someone steps up and ports the script to Gotham.
