I remember seeing somewhere that I can set the internal and external network video buffer settings in Gotham (without using the Advanced Settings XML). Am I remembering this correctly? and if so, where is that setting located?
I have 16GB of RAM so I can crank up the buffer!

There is no GUI setting, but there are new Gotham advancedsettings.xml settings:
