Help with XBMC 13.0 Gotham configuration

Hello,
Would anyone please help me set up the add-ons to the XBMC 13.0 Gotham version. I just downloaded it on my Mac and I have been trying relentlessly to get the Navi-x to work or to add any international channels but all my attempts failed.
Please help,
