hi,
is there a way to get XBMC 13.0 Gotham to display movies and TV shows on full screen?

i am getting black bar on the top and bottom.
i have set the "Allowed error in aspect ratio to minimize black bar s" to 20%
and display 4:3 video as "stretch 16:9"

i did not see the same issue with XBMC 12,

Without having looked into the details it it obvious that a stretch from 4:3 to 16:9 causes an error in aspect ratio > 20%

so the display part has changed from xbmc 12 to 13.
because the smae movies were displayed in full screen in xbmc 12.

i will try to post a log file ASAP

played the same file in xbmc 12
and sbmc 13
and i get different results
in XBMC 12 the video is full screen, no black bars
but in xbmc 13 when the same video is played i get black bars on the top and bottom.
