Hi there,

i am using Gotham 13.1 Beta 2 and my Win7 HTPC is connected to an Onkyo receiver. When i press pause on videoplayback, i receive a small hickup of sound and video before the video stops completley. I have "Keep audio device alive" enabled. I did not have this "issue" on Frodo when using <streamsilence>1</streamsilence>

Is this a bug or just the way it is? Same behaviour on 13.0 and 13.1 Beta 1

This is known for passthough of AC3. Do you observe the same for TRUEHD or DTS-HD?

I do not have any TRUEHD or DTS-HD files, i cannot try But if its a known "issue", then i'll have to accept it.

I am working on this and may have a fix for this soon. In the meantime you can disable passthrough. Do don't need it anyway if you don't have any DTS-HD files.
