I am using Eden on an iMac Core Duo 20" running Mac Tiger Intel 10.4.11. I have been successfully downloading You Tube videos (right click on the video. then click download video. However recently when I click "download video" I see the "progress bar", get a notice saying "preparing download", then nothing happens, nothing moves in the progress bar. Why is this happening, how can I fix it? I am not much of a techie so please make your reply easy to follow. Thanks, Ken.
