i dont know if i can ask here... so i have the Jelly Bean ANDROID OS with 3D Launcher anyone knows how to make the XBMC Shortcut in the main menu ?

Don't you just drag it from the app drawer, or long-press on the app icon to get some kind of menu? I'm not sure I understand the question... you want to add it to one of the home screens?
