I'm brand new to XBMC, but so far I really like it -- except for the cursor issue on my Mac (works beautifully on my son's Windows 8).

The cursor is incredibly slow...lagging something terrible as I move from one place to another in both full screen and not.

While XBMC is open, my cursor in general is rather flaky, often disappearing entirely.

This happens with either my Apple Trackpad or my Apple Magic Mouse.


System Specs:

OS X Version 10.9.2 Mavericks
3.4 GHz Intel Core i5
24GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM

Installed: xbmc-13.0-x86_64.dmg

Did you ever find a solution for this. I just downloaded the new version on my dads mac and it works fine, no chop. I thought they finally fixed it or something so I cleared if off my mac just to reinstall the new version and have it still do the exact same thing. The cursor is SO CHOPPY!!!
