What exactly are you after? You want a number of clients to all watch the same TV program at the same time?

I don't think any of them do multicast bit most allow simultaneous viewing to a number of clients.
I am not sure it would be entirely legal to rebroadcast to 300 clients, but there are certainly dvb to multicast solutions out there like MuMuDVB.
