MP3 - Volume Normalization Program?
#1
i use my xbmc primarily as a replacement to a big cd changer. i hve thousands of mp3s on my xbox play them in various playlists.

i run into a problem in that some mp3s are recorded at higher volumes than others. one song may be barely audible then the next will blow your ear drums out. does anyone know of a good program that i can run to set the volume levels of these mp3s to the same?

i have noticed that nero burning rom program will normalize mp3s when being burned to a cd. but i need something that i can run on my large hard drive and normalize all the mp3s on that volume.

anyone heard of something like this?

thanks!
