untranslated labels on official repo

Not sure whether to post this here, or in the add-ons section. As it's skin specific this seemed to be the best place, but please move if it's more appropriate elsewhere.

After reading http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add-on_Rules I have a few questions about:

Quote:Code checks:
all labels must be localized

As I'm not sure if checking skins for this is completely automated, just how strict is this? Basically all my strings are localized, but there are a few exceptions.

In certain places I am using symbols or "words" that don't need to / should be translated. Examples:
  • "CAPS" in the keyboard dialog
  • "$%^" for symbols in the keyboard dialog
  • the name of my skin
  • "Cinema" for the Cinema Experience add-on. As this is a name, I feel it shouldn't be translated.
  • Countless XBMC window.xml names used in a developer/debug overlay
  • Thank you's / attribution in my SkinSettings.xml

I could put all those in as localized strings and not translate them, but I would prefer not to bother the translators of my skin with this.

Seems fine to me.

I've always read it as "All labels (which need to be able to be translated) need to be localized."
