Now I am here. Basically I had XBMC version 12.3 and I had the TvTunes addon installed. All worked fine. I upgraded to 13.1 (and installed fresh on several computers) and I get this new problem. It appears that the older theme songs does not play back for them. In the thread I posted, you can see the log report. There seems to be an error when I set the audio to either "Best Matched" or "Optimized" under settings > Audio Output. If I use "Fixed" then the older theme songs playback when I am in the show.

I have tried upgrading and installing fresh copies and it is the same thing. If I go in to the settings of the addon and select "Play themes when browsing TV Show list", still the same thing occurs. And the only common thing I can find is that the theme song audio file are all less than 400kb in size. Any higher than that XBMC and TvTunes plays back just fine.

UPDATE: So I went to turn off the "Play themes when browsing TV Show list" and now it does not turn off when I go to the TV show area. It does play the theme song, but still on only the ones that are newer shows. If I pause on an older show, still no playback if the XBMC setting is eitehr Best Matched or Optimized. If I set it to Fixed, then in the TV area it is playing back when I pause on a show; yet the setting in the addon for this is not bubbled.

If anyone can help me on this it would greatly appreciated. Let me know if there is anything else I can add or send in.Thanks

Been out for a while, but back to work on this. When i ran the log I got these errors. So back in version 12.3 this was not a problem. In the new version 13 it is a problem when I select "Best Matched" or Optimized". If I chose "Fixed" it will work, but then when I play my movies it plays them all (regardless of audio file type) as stereo 2.0. I tried this on different computers and same results; whether on a computer with just speakers or a computer hooked in to an amp. The only other thing I can see this is that the theme song file size may have something to do with this. It appears that this only happens to tv shows with a file size less than 400kb; this is just guess but it is a common thread.

Anyways, I was directed to here and wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if so how did they fix it? Current computers are all running Windows 7, all are admins, all have XBMC version 13.1, TVTunes version is 4.4.6 and I am using "Backrow" as my skin.
