Is this one being looked at? I have reverted to Frodo for the moment, though Frodo isn't great on Mavericks either.

No i repeat - the developer in charge is absent (unknown when he comes back and if he will remember this issue then).

Memphiz, the issue looks to stem from changes to either the CFileCURL changes for seeks (it doesn't resume reading after a failed seek). Or possible the CFileCache using multiple readers.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

well, now do something diferent, when stream kick out i play again the same stream and xbmc said "sopcast instance still running on the background. Do you want to play it??"
but if i said yes it play and kick a out again
