Webserver is turning off and never running
#16
I found a solution to the problem. You have to replace the webserver files that come with XBMC with a newer version of libmicrohttpd.

I have made a .zip file with a version of libmicrohttpd that works correctly (the newest version does not display images correctly in the web interface). You can get it here: http://www10.zippyshare.com/v/68538106/file.html

Simply delete the existing files in the webserver folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\system\webserver) and place the new ones instead.

Thanks! I will help Sir Wellington test this

Nope.

the version 5 that comes with kodi does not work...

and version 10 is the newest version, but kodi does not use it...

I even tried to rename version 10 to version 5, but kodi would produce an error....

There must be something on our systems that is conflicting with this file...

Everytime I check enable webserver, kodi log just says..
starting Webserver ,,,

But never says
Webserver started..

And then when I restart kodi,
-enable webserver is unchecked..

This user also has the same problem
