I can also say here that my problem is also occurring on standard and unmodified confluence, just a fresh install of xbmc.

With a new scan of movies or using an existing DB?

new scan here as well...

Well if I'm looking at the db correctly... the film in my examples 'The Machine' in the movies table, column idMovie has 43 in it. If i open the StreamDetails table and go to the rows with idFile of 43 the first row is as follows...

"43","0","avc1","1.777778","1920","1080",,,,,"5428",""

which looks like it has scanned the metadata correctly (sees its AVC1, 1920x1080 etc)

That does seem to be correct, which brings us back to a skin / display issue.

How many rows with '43' do you have?

It is fixed now on 13.2 Beta 1.
All movies are now correctly flagged.

(I had to remove them, clean the library and then re-scrape them)
