I think i've been through all of the menus & submenus as well as all of the options in the settings and can't find anything to make the "file manager" available. Is this right? At the moment I have to change skins when I need to use the file manager.

Can anyone confirm this or point me in the right direction?

I had a hard time finding it too, but it is there:

From Home Screen >> Click Settings >> Click right-button TWO times >> Down THREE times... there you go..

It is "hidden" in the right side in the settings..
