[Apple TV 2] Gotham crashes when playing 720p x264 mkv's via http
#1
Hi,

I'm having a problem playing back 720p x264 mkv videos from some of my video add-ons. What happens is that I start the video, it buffers for a few moments (depending on the speed of the host) and then as soon as it's done buffering it immediately crashes and exists back to the apple menu. If I play back a 480p x264 mkv, it plays perfectly every time. It seems to only do this from video addons that stream http like this example:

http://50.7.57.19//d/l5ivlql5qm752xrlbzz...ENSION.mkv

720p x264 video's from addons that stream from rtmp:// seem to work fine.

If I download the above file and then save it on my networked PC and play it back via NFS then it plays perfectly. It only seems to crash if i play it via http://.

I'm running Gotham 13.1 on IOS 5.3 on an ATV2.

Here is my debug log from a crash (playing the above file):
http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=233370

Here is what I believe to be the crash report (Does the crash report get generated the next time you start xbmc following the crash? If yes, then this should be the correct crash report)

Hopefully I provided some useful information, if there is anything additional needed, please let me know and I'll do my best to gather it. I'm not having any trouble playing back the exact same files on my Gotham 13.1 Windows PC nor my MyGica ATV520 Android box running Gotham 13.1. The ATV2 seems to be the only device I own that is affected.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
