G-Box working with touchscreen input?

I am trying to get a G-Box running XBMC with a touchscreen interface.

I have XBMC running on a G-Box, but was wondering if the touchscreen display works with G-Box for input. Would like to see the list of available videos and touch one to play it. Can anyone confirm if this would work and if I would need a specific display to make this work?

you can use yatse on a touch device, only for xbmc tho.
