same question.  this is like my favorite addon.  can someone modify this for python3?

Since this add-on has been broken for a long time and appears to have been abandoned, I took it upon myself to fork the repository and I made the above mentioned updates.

hi there, i was using this addon with kodi 18.4 but was forced to upgrade to 19.1 now neither of the github addons will install.  i just get an error that it failed to install.  any help would be awesome.  i could throw a few bones someone's way if they could get this going!  thanks!

The banned video one is working in Matrix 19.1 for me..

When I try to install the app on Kodi 19, both of them, I get an error message saying they are both unable to install. Please, if possible, someone help me figure how to get this working because watching these through the Puffin browser on my Nvidia Shield TV is a pain in the neck. The videos load for about 2 minutes and then freeze, and can't be watched in full using full screen. Kodi is the answer. So, if anyone can help me get these installed, I would greatly appreciate it.

Banned.video app works. For some reason I didn't have sound on the live streams. But I di get the app working and the on demand part does have sound.

I use the Banned.video app for InfoWars now, and it's a great app, but lately, it's not loading all of the new content, and when you scroll down, the same videos repeat instead of going back older and older as you scroll through. Could you please look and see why this is happening? I appreciate you guys. Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know.  I tried downloading the zip file and it would not install however i went into the zip file an extracted the actual plugin folder and re-zipped it and was able to get it installed.  Thanks so much!

I have in my github webpage the repo for kodi 18 infowars and the video add-on for kodi 19. Here is the link https://pewkodi.github.io/packages  This is for kodi 18: infowars.repository.zip to install the repo and install the infowars video addon. For kodi 19 here is the video addon: banned.video.zip. Back in Aug 2020, i emailed spinalcracker and asked to looked at the default.py code. I had worked on getting banned.video queries to work and was successful. I then posted on spinalcracker's github on replacing the default.py under the issues section if you had the addon installed. Last year, i made a repo and updated the infowars video addon if things acted up only for kodi 18. Since kodi 19 has been out for about a year now, I migrating my tv boxes to it.

The code i worked on to get banned.video working is the api for graphql and and the searching to get the json info. I know someone migrated the addon to kodi 19 last year. 

I hope this helps people getting the infowars addon working on their system.

still uses python 2.1.0 when kodi has required 3.x since 18.9 - https://github.com/prafit/plugin.video.i.../addon.xml

i think its safe to say this addon is dead and the only way would be a complete rewrite and then it would likely be easier to just write a new one
