I added this to an addon however as it uses vk.com as a primary source (youtube as alternative source) and vk is facing legal battles with the music industry (read http://www.billboard.com/articles/busine...book-court) I doubt that addon complies with the forum piracy policy.
However, without vk it's perfectly legal and a complete clone of atraci (basically last.fm api + youtube).
